How do I access the a webinar?
After registering, you'll receive an email from Spectrum Pharmacy Products with "Connection Instructions." Login with the link provided in the email, and you may need to download software if prompted. Audio will play through your computer's speakers; make sure your speakers are not muted, and adjust volume as needed.
Check your junk or spam folder if you don't receive the email or call 1-800-701-5161.
Test your connection
Click here to run a Diagnostic Test to ensure your computer and network connections are properly configured for the webinar. If you have any problems, please refer to these troubleshooting tips.
Oops, I can't attend the webinar
No problem! You will either receive a recording link to the program or access to the on-demand version within 48 hours.
Note: Recording Links are not approved for credit.
Are there other options?
Select programs offer CD-ROMs. A list of available CDs can be found here.
CDs are not directly submitted for credit; individuals need to contact their credit authority to determine whether they can receive credit for watching the CD.
How do I receive CE credit?
The Credit section at the bottom of each Webinar lists what credit will be available. You'll receive a completion certificate within 24 hours following a webinar with applicable instructions for CE credit. CDs and recording links are not approved for credit, although you may be able to independently obtain CE through the applicable Credit Authority.
What if it's charging me the wrong price?
Try to login and then register for your program. If you don't know your login information, you can request it be emailed to you on the login screen. If you're still getting the incorrect price after logging in, please call 1-800-701-5161.
How do I access webinar materials or handouts?
Materials for the webinar can be downloaded from the "Handouts" area when you login to the Webinar. Once downloaded, you can save or print the materials.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Checks must arrive at least 24 hours before the live program begins. Make the check payable to SeminarWeb and complete this form for each participant. The completed forms and check can be sent to:

Once the check has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with connection instructions.

What if my video isn't playing?
Make sure you're using a computer with high speed internet. Closing out of the program and reentering, or trying to open the player in another browser, also might solve technical issues. Please note: Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser. We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari for best results. If the problem persists, please call us at 1-800-701-5161.
Can I return to or complete the program at a later time?
Yes, you may begin and/or reenter a program as many times as you'd like. Just hit "Save and Exit" in any of our programs to return to the spot you left off at a later time and we will automatically send you an email confirming that. To reenter, login and go to "My CE".
Can I print or download the materials?
If materials are available for download, they will appear in an "Other Resources" tab in your player. You will be able to click on the materials provided to download or print them. If a PDF provided will not open, please make sure you have installed Adobe Reader (free download available at http://get.adobe.com/reader/).
Why isn't my certificate showing up?
You must click through every page of every handout provided and also watch the full video(s). Once all of this is complete, click on the "Complete" tab at the top of your player. You may be prompted to complete an evaluation or take an exam. If you still do not see your certificate, you may call us at 1-800-701-5161.
How can I receive credit?
The Credit section of the Registration page lists what states receive which type of credit and how much. You may check on the status of credit as it applies to you by clicking on your particular state (if applicable) for more information.

Attendance/credit certificates can be downloaded and printed directly from the player immediately after completion of a program. Please refer to the bottom section of your completion certificate for more specific instructions on obtaining credit or contact us at Spectrum Pharmacy Products (866-672-9466) for additional credit information.
