Developing a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement (QA/QC/QI) Program

This program differentiates between Quality Control and Quality Assurance and identifies the regulatory bodies and their role in the practice of pharmacy compounding. Responsibilities of personnel are discussed along with recall methods, QA practices, communication and steps to establish a QA program.
